Genres
Ride
studio is open to record and produce any kind of
music and has a wide range of experience encompassing
heavy metal to jazz and rock to drum 'n' bass.
The
recording set up for each genre is tailored
in order to create the right sounding product.
Some of the particular requirements for each
genre are detailed below.
Rock
We have experience with a full range of rock music
from broader scrappier sounds to tight mixes verging
on metal that require not only the right ambience
and environment but also a broader sound funnel
for capturing the full dynamics and energy.
Pop
Here at Ride we specialise in pop production. Studio
manager Pete Hutchings has had first hand experience
on producing pop, most recently working with Julian
Emery on Mcfly's latest album.
Jazz
With the availability of the highest quality mic pre-amps,
superb valve and condenser microphones and the
use of the right acoustic environment, we are able
to create a very live, intimate, dynamic recording.
Indie
Use of offsite facilities enable ride studio to have
the flexibility of big, live sounding productions.
For a truly live performance which indie music
is usually about.
Drum
n Bass
Ride studio has its first Drum 'n' Bass single hitting
the UK in February. A re-mix of Metallica's 'Wherever
I may roam' created by Kid Preach.
Heavy
Metal
Equipped with the high quality hardware and software
essential for a fully produced tight metal track we
are able to create a killer polished sound.
